Cancellation policy 

Overview

Please reach out to us via email or phone as soon as possible to cancel any appointment made with our studio. We will always do our very best to help you and rearrange your booking. We just ask for as much notice as possible as the shorter the time the more our hands are tied and the last thing we wish for is for anyone to lose their deposit or the opportunity to have their hair done with us.

50% Booking deposit

This is required for all appointments booked with Wildflower. We ask for this to be paid no less than 72h before your service.

Failure to make payment with the studio either via phone or the invoice link sent out to you will result in cancellation of your appointment.

We will try our best to get in contact with you via email and phone before we result in this so please just let us know.

Cancelling 72h before you appointment

We ask for a period of 72h notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. If you have made contact with us either via mail or phone before this time period your deposit can either be refunded to you in whole or kept on your account for your next appointment.

Cancelling with less than 72h before your appointment 

​

We really didn't want to end up here but unfortunately anything less for us is extremely hard for us to find a client to book into your appointment so this will result in the full loss of your deposit paid on your appointment.

We will try our very best to help as we know unforeseen circumstances can arise but we can not promise that there will be a full refund of your deposit. So again please please  reach out to us ASAP.

No Show for appointment

 

This will result in full loss of deposit and also require for any appointment going forward to be paid in full when rebooking as we cant take the risk for our artist going forward.
