We want to take the opportunity to thank you for giving us a second chance to readjust any alternative requirements needed for your hair. We try our very best to make sure all of our guests are fully content with their hair when leaving the studio, but we understand that these things can happen. Please reach out to us via email or phone as soon as possible to get back in for a fresh consultation in the studio. We will always do our very best to help you and make any amendments where possible.

2 weeks notice period for a readjustment

Our studio offers a two week readjustment policy to ensure our clients are satisfied with their hair. If you are unhappy with the result and feel it does not align with what you initially requested in consultation, we are more than happy to address your concerns, provided the condition of your hair will allow us to do so. This policy is in place for situations where the outcome differs from your original request, rather than instances where you have simply changed your mind. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will get back to you within the 2 weeks of your initial appointment, after the 2 weeks period, unfortunately this does not fall under a readjustment and will require a fresh colour appointment.

You have changed your mind and want something different. 

We get it, sometimes when you change your hair, you just don't feel like yourself and you want to change it to something different.  In this circumstance you will be required to revisit the studio for a fresh consultation and have a full colour service that will be priced accordingly and as a regular client. We will absolutely look after you and make sure to get you to the goal you desire, as long as the quality of your hair isn't compromised. But unfortunately it will be ​at our regular pricing.
